At Liquid Lemn, we craft each piece with care—celebrating individuality, culture, and sustainability. While we stand by our craftsmanship, we understand that sometimes things may not work out as expected. To ensure a fair shopping experience, we offer returns and exchanges under the following guidelines:

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
For EU Customers:

We accept returns and exchanges for non-custom items within 14 days of delivery, in compliance with EU consumer protection laws.

Standard Items: Eligible for return/exchange within 14 days of delivery.

Size & Fit Adjustments: A one-time exchange is available if your item doesn’t fit as expected (subject to availability).

Faulty or Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, report it within 14 days with photos, and we’ll replace it at no cost.

Wrong Item Received: If we made an error, we’ll gladly correct it at no charge.

For Kenyan Customers:

We accept exchanges or store credit for non-custom items within 7 days of delivery.

Standard Items: Eligible for exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Size & Fit Adjustments: A one-time exchange is available if the size doesn’t fit as expected.

Faulty or Damaged Items: Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will offer a replacement or store credit.

Wrong Item Received: If we made an error, we’ll gladly correct it at no charge.

In-Person Exchange Options: You may exchange items at our next pop-up event or at select stockists in Nairobi. Contact us for locations.

For AGOA, AfCFTA, GSP & Other Regions:

Our global customers outside the EU and Kenya are covered under the trade agreements of their respective regions. Policies for these regions include:

AGOA (U.S. Customers): Returns & exchanges accepted within 14 days for non-custom items. Faulty/damaged items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

AfCFTA (African Countries): Returns are accepted within 10 days for non-custom items. Exchanges for fit adjustments must be made within 7 days.

GSP (Eligible Countries): Returns accepted within 14 days for non-custom items. Defective items must be reported within 5 days.

Other International Regions: Returns/exchanges vary based on country-specific trade regulations. Contact us for region-specific policies.

Non-Returnable Items:

Custom-made & made-to-order pieces (e.g., tailored fits, personalized embroidery) are not eligible for returns.

Sale items marked as ‘Final Sale’ cannot be returned or exchanged.

Gift cards are non-refundable.

Condition for Returns: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

1️⃣ Email us at support@liquidlemn.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.

2️⃣ Attach clear photos showing any issues (if applicable).

3️⃣ Our team will confirm the next steps.

Shipping Costs:

  • Customers cover return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
  • Refunds will be issued within 14 days after receiving the returned item.
