Shipping & Returns

Kenya orders ship from our studio in Utawala, Nairobi. EU orders ship from our Amsterdam hub. Each piece is carefully wrapped in recycled packaging with a maker's card.

Free shipping on NL orders over €150, EU orders over €250, and Kenya orders over KSh 12,000.

Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

We want you to love your piece. If it doesn't work, we'll make it right.

• Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
• Bespoke / custom pieces are final sale — made to your specifications.
• Exchange for a different size is always free within the EU and Kenya.

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are set by your country's customs authority.
